Built in 1930, the Auction House represents more than a loft, it’s a lifestyle. Located on the third block of Campbell Avenue S.W. in Roanoke, Virginia, the Auction House has been methodically rebuilt to entwine the industrial fabric of the 1930’s with all the amenities you have come to expect; from completely individualized floor plans and exposed steel construction to eight foot tall windows, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances.
The Roanoke Valley (located 250 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. and 196 miles north of Charlotte, North Carolina) is home to over 325,00 people, with over 99,000 of its population living within the city limits.
The city of Roanoke hosts a wide array of festivals, cultural events, and entertainment. Roanoke’s rich arts community and its location in Virginia’s storied Blue Ridge Mountains make it one of the most undiscovered and prized small cities in the US.
Many of the buildings that are managed by Allegheny Partners are shining examples of urban renewal and adaptive re-use properties that have a storied past. Built with integrity through strong local partnerships, Allegheny Partners hopes the communities they manage will have an enduring impact on Downtown Roanoke for years to come; to keep the city vibrant, give opportunities for individuals and families to live downtown, and create thriving, walkable neighborhoods. We strive to use only the highest quality materials to ensure each building will last for generations to come, in addition to providing a sound and more energy-efficient environment for our residents. These pillars of smart development are the key ingredients to building sustainable communities.
